EvidenceCare is a fast-growing, physician-centered healthcare technology company on a mission to empower better care decisions with a vision that every clinical decision will deliver the right care at the right time.
Built to align clinical and financial goals, our platform optimizes clinical workflows, improves hospital margins, and enhances care quality—both inside and outside the EHR. Health systems across the country trust EvidenceCare to drive measurable outcomes without adding burden to clinicians.
Based in Nashville, TN, we are proud to be a 4x honoree of the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies, a 2x Fierce Healthcare Best Product winner, 2x honoree of The Tennessean’s Top Workplaces, and #3 nationally in Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare.
We bring grit and creativity to everything we do. Our brand voice is clear, engaging, and human. We think like a media company, execute with urgency, and don’t settle for stale or overly corporate messaging. We believe in shaking up the status quo—while staying grounded in the values of integrity, teamwork, and respect.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a full-stack B2B marketer who thrives in a small, fast-moving team and is excited to help shape how we tell our story across the healthcare industry. This is not a role for someone who wants to “stay in their lane.” You’ll touch everything—from content creation and campaign execution to social media, lead gen, and sales collateral.
Your superpower is turning complex ideas into compelling campaigns that connect with hospital decision-makers and clinicians alike. You know how to move fast, prioritize what matters, and use creative storytelling and smart execution to drive pipeline.
This is a chance to build the kind of B2B healthcare marketing you’ve always wanted to see—clear, human, and full of energy.

• Track and report campaign performance (HubSpot + Google Analytics)
• Pitch ideas, promote company wins, and help us keep raising the bar
Events & Engagement
• Manage swag and promotional materials ordering, inventory, and fulfillment—especially for client go-lives and milestone moments
• Assist with creation and coordination of event marketing planning and assets—signage, invites, follow-ups, and branded materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to support employee engagement initiatives like internal announcements and team culture events
You Might Be a Fit If…
• You’ve done B2B marketing at a SaaS company (healthcare preferred but not required)
• You love both the strategy and the scrappy execution—big picture + doing the work

• You know your way around HubSpot, Canva, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn
• You’re not afraid of AI tools and use them to move faster and smarter
• You can juggle multiple projects and stay organized and self-motivated in a small team
• You are both able to work individually and collaborate well in a team environment
• You thrive in a fast growth environment where no two days are the same
Nice to Haves
• Experience in healthcare SaaS or with hospital systems
• Video and audio editing (for podcast editing, social clips, or short promo videos)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel
• In-depth understanding of CRM organization and reporting (we use both HubSpot and Salesforce, but HubSpot is mainly for marketing)
