As an Account Manager at FeedMob, you’ll play a key role in executing campaign growth strategies while serving a wide variety of business verticals. This role requires great listening and excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions. What You’ll be Doing:

  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders to better understand their growth objectives and increase channel investment.
  • Analyze a wide variety of publisher performance data and recommend optimizations both internally and externally to improve campaign efficiency.
  • On-board new advertisers and continually recommend new publisher inventory that aligns with the client’s growth goals.
  • Act as an extension of the client’s user acquisition team by using a consultative approach to present new opportunities and grow accounts.
  • Collaborate internally with team members from Ad Operations, Partnerships, and Business Development to deliver on client expectations and drive user acquisition growth at target CPA levels.
  • Work closely with Account Management leadership to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and deliver exceptional client service and results.
  • Lead regular performance check-ins and QBRs with clients using data to effectively showcase achievements and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to product teams to enhance and/or develop company products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of client-facing experience in performance-based digital marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated a history of adapting quickly to a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Prior experience in client-facing account management or ad operation roles.
  • Superior listening, communication, and presentation skills both in-person and virtually.
  • Proven ability to seek and receive feedback and take ownership of business decisions related to client’s user acquisition strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate and solve complex challenges both independently and within a team.
  • Ability to work in a self-regulated remote environment, accommodating clients across various time zones while maintaining work-life balance.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally when needed for industry events or client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working on both the supply and demand side of digital media.
  • In-app user acquisition campaign experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with major MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
  • History of developing or improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and team organization.
