🔎 About the RoleWe’re looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Financial Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career or transitioning into finance/operations who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and learning new processes.
You’ll support operational financial tasks, assist with reconciliations, review information across systems, and collaborate with various teams to improve workflows.
You’ll report to the Financial Operations & Analytics Supervisor.
🧩 What You’ll Do- Support daily and monthly Finance Operations tasks
- Review, validate, and organize data from different systems
- Assist with basic reconciliations and follow‑up on discrepancies
- Manage internal data requests within established timelines
- Identify inconsistencies in reports and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Keep accurate records and comply with internal standards
- Provide progress updates on assigned tasks
- Real interest in finance, data, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work confidently with Excel
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem‑solving
- Team‑first attitude and accountability
- Organization and strong time management
- Technical or undergraduate studies in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- English level B1.3 – B2 (mandatory for day‑to‑day internal communication)
- Basic Excel skills (we’ll help you reach the next level!)
- Comfort working with numbers and structured processes
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Experience with reconciliations
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- Experience in administrative, support, or operational roles
- Courses or certificates in finance or accounting
