What You’ll DoAs a cross-functional collaborator, our Product Manager will contribute to the ThrivePass product team by overseeing the day-to-day management and strategic roadmap of core ThrivePass product(s).
You will:
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm).
- Build, evangelize and execute the quarterly and annual product roadmap that aligns with the overall strategy of the department and company goals
- Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization of the assigned product(s) by setting objectives and key results
- Collect customer feedback and market insights, then articulate problems and business needs into well-written product requirements
- Maintain and prioritize backlog based on business and customer impact
- Closely collaborate with engineering teams to continuously deliver quality features
- Perform thorough UAT & curate release notes

- You have 2-5 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch.
- Preferred experience in the benefits industry.

- You're a strong writer and communicator who can distill complex, often conflicting or incomplete information into clear action plans.
- You relish in collaborating with leadership, engineering, design, sales, and customer support.
- You have strong intuitions backed by data on users and market trends.
