What You’ll Do
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in our Finance team, contributing to accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization. Your work will help ensure financial integrity and support strategic decision-making across the business.
You will:
- Bring fresh ideas to improve accounting processes and drive efficiencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and People teams
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial documentation
- Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify trends
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
- Own sales tax filings and manage multi-state compliance (TaxJar)
- Run U.S. payroll and manage adjustments and pre-tax contributions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Lead and mentor Staff Accountants, including reviewing work and coaching

Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial systems
Nice to Have
- CPA (or in progress)
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting audits and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, modeling)
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools

Salary Offered
$85,000 - $90,000 annual salary
